Blood, help?

My 4 mo old Dd has been constipated, well she gt a little out & when I wiped her there was dots of bright red blood. Is this just from being constipated or should I be worried???

She probably tore a bit or has a slight hemorrhoid.

Did you just recently start her on solids? Change her formula? Is she on BM?

No shes been eating cereal once a day for maybe a month now, other then that everything is the same.. she has trouble pooping i think, its every other day sometimes 2 days :/
