Just curious what your baby was doing when you started them? my SIL's baby is a little over 6 months, can sit unassisted for a few mins but doesnt crawl. the package says babies who sit unassisted and can crawl. does a couple mins without falling count as being unassisted? she asked if i started dd on them... my dd is almost 6 months... doesnt crawl or sit unassisted.. so obviously i didnt but she looked at me like i had 4 heads when i tried telling her why we didnt... because shes not ready.

They literally turn to mush in your mouth. Once she was grabbing at things while I was feeding her I started giving them to her.

We started her on them at 5 months. She started sitting unassisted at 5 1/2 months.

I used them all the time especially while out and about and my little one loved them...they are great

DD didn't start eating them until she had teeth, which was after 9 months. But it's fine before that, I didn't know they like completely disappear once in the mouth. They just turn to mush lol
It's a good way to teach them how to pick up things with their fingers and to feed themselves.

DS is 6 months today and we stared giving him some a few days ago. He loves them and has no problem eating them.
We tried the Yogurt melts too. He eats them fine but the flavor is too strong. He gets shocked while he is eating them.
