Does anyone work for AT&T that can help me out?

I dont <<sorry>> but the website has a feature where you can chat with a live person.

I don't work for them but I know a heck of a lot about them! Too much lol.

I cancelled my lines in july under the Soldier and Sailor relief act due to my husband's deployment. For the last 5 months they have been trying to say I owe them $573 even though that is NOT what was said originally. After sending in MULTIPLE deployment orders and talking to so many supervisors, they are still saying I owe it. Now today they said "I only owe on my line, not the military line"?! THEY ARE SO SHADY. They have already sent stuff to a creditor. HOW DO I FIX THIS!?

Holy crap. Are they saying you owe it for canceling or for back bills?
I don't see why you would owe, my uncle had to cancel his lines because he moved and didn't get service where he was. They could provide it so he was able to get our of his contract early. I would keep calling and get all the info you can, what the "debt" is from, where they sent it to collections at? When you get that info PM me. I worked in collection and can help.

When I lived in Oklahoma we had internet with them, we also used the same thing and to this day we STILL get things in the mail and phone calls. They tell us every time that they have that on record and we wont get any more calls. But it has yet to stop, it's been a little over 2 years now since it started.
