Honestly your best bet is going to be talking to your doctor. It's a very, VERY hard step to take but even in states where marijuana isn't legalized for medical use, sometimes if a doctor can vouch for your use to help you eat, help with anxiety/depression, or whateverthen CPS won't get involved.

Im just saying that Idk what's better constantly vomiting and not sleeping or smoking once in the morning to help me eat and once at night to help me sleep?

Yes, because man made pills are soo much safer than a little weed....smh.

It can cause problems. My cousin smoked pot while pregnant, her kid has ADHD, learning problems, short term memory.

The hospital I go to it is protocol to test the babies for drugs when they are born. CPS is not called unless you are smoking and are underage, otherwise I guess they think it's your decision (which it is). I know some that have smoked and nothing was said at all. I have heard that they test the cord blood, which can detect drugs that were used ANYTIME during your pregnancy so quitting at all might not even help you pass the test. ***I am not positive of how they do the testing, so don't quote me on that***

And did she do anything else in her pregnancy that is generally advised against?

Her pedi told her it was. All those things have been linked to people who smoke pot while pregnant.
Does that mean every ADHD kid's mom smoked pot, no.
But, it has been studied.
