I love the rules/idea.
I had a beeper after high school and a car phone in high school.
Nowadays, it's a good idea to get children accustomed to technology and it's etiquette.
I got my son a tablet for Christmas and I limit his time on it.
My nephew's school is doing their work on an ipad. Might as well give them a "leg up".
