That's cheap! A gallon is almost $3 here (and occasionally it goes up to $3.49)

Well I kind of made it up lol but I will write it out for you

I used boiled lasagna noodles, I believe about 8-10.
1 16 oz of fat free ricotta cheese
1 pound of ground turkey
1 bag of fresh spinach
1 tbs of butter
1 jar of spaghetti sauce, I like the mushroom one.
1 onion
1 tbs minced garlic
1 cup of mozzarella cheese

I boil the lasagna, while doing that brown the ground turkey, while I'm cooking that
in a saucepan I sauté the spinach with the butter, add the chopped onion and garlic. When the turkey is done, I add the jar of spaghetti sauce, then add the sautéed spinach. Mix it all together. I start layering the lasagna noodles, put a layer of the turkey mixture on top and then spread the ricotta cheese on top, then Add a bit of the mozzarella. Then just continue to layer. Noodles, turkey mixture, ricotta, mozzarella. Then pop it in the over at 350, for 15-20 min or until the cheese on the top has melted.

I'm surprised at how different milk prices are. It's 4.06 here. I can't wait to move to Texas! My parents pay 1.89!
