That's really good to know! My 22 month old is really showing interest in potty training but everyone I talk to is encouraging me to wait because they think there's no possible way he could be ready yet! He woke up this morning and said potty and cookie because we give him a treat after he uses the potty. And he actually peed in the potty this morning! I was shocked!

Did you send your LO to daycare while potty training? I'm worried about how they will handle it at his age.

Yes both my kids were in daycare by a month old. lol And were in daycare till 9 yrs old and 4 yrs old. lol Which they are 10 and 4.5 yrs old now. lol

Daycare was awesome, they have bathroom breaks every 35 min to 45 min, and after each snack meal and drink the kids have.

Starting as soon as the parent wants it started. So they mostly did it in the preschool room which was 2-3 yrs old, but my kids were in the toddler room 12 months to 2 yrs old (well more like 20 months I believe it was) and all the kids that were doing it at home, the workers were doing it there.

It was manditory in the age group of 2 and up for the workers to start it even if the parents were not at home.

But it helped a lot. And being consitant at home was a big thing too.
