Starting & stopping bc will help you get pregnant???

What are you trying to get help with? I would think Provera or something that sheds the lining would be more beneficial if you're trying to jump start a period

I know lots of docs will put you back on BCP for a little while to reset your body/cycles while TTC. The only time I've ever gotten pregnant on my own was about 2 weeks after stopping BCP, so I am considering it myself. (That or clomid.) Good luck!

I have heard alot of women who got pregnant after stopping their birth control. So i was thinking of starting it and taking it for about 2-3 months then stopping and trying for my second child and then if that doesnt wrk then I will ask about clomid.

Birth control helps prevent cysts from forming and helps get your hormones in line for pregnancy. My RE prescribes at least two weeks on hormonal birth control before every fertility cycle.
ETA It also allows your ovaries to "save up" antral follicles and makes the egg you release more likely to be a good one.

Not to be rude, at all...but you're single, you work at McDonald's, and you're actively trying to TTC? If you're serious about going to school, why not do that first?
