I've been feeling that way for a week. I'm 3cm, 60% effaced, and station -2. Its normal. You can be stuck at a station -1 for 5 more weeks. It just means your baby hasn't dropped yet

im not in contraction pain, just pressure pain, and i just feel really off today :0(

You are a ways off from delivery I would bet. Most women sit around -1 station for the last month and 2 and 80% means nothing at this point. Sounds like normal aches of the end of pregnancy. I was 4.5cm 80% and 0 station for a week and that was my second kid. I would prepare for at least another week or 2 if not more

That's all normal. Most of us experience that pressure. I have a hard time putting pants on because it's uncomfortable and painful. Just kind of have to deal with it. You can maybe get some temporary relief by getting on your hands and knees and relaxing your back.

If you ate shaky and clammy you could be getting I virus or something. I had my first kid in 5 hours so Im scared about this one. I ended up at L&D on new years morning because I had been contacting every 2 minutes for 9 hours. I really thought the baby was coming. I wasnt progressing so they sent me home. An hour later the contractions stopped. Things go differently with each labor I guess

I'm 37 weeks. A doctor won't help to keep contractions coming if.there is no progression. I'd rather he come on his own with no help anyway.
