re: please help me, really nervous!!!

Girl I feel your pain. I was also a -1, 4cm, 80% for four weeks. Horrible contractions daily & even more painful nightly. They wouldn't do anything for me til I reached 39 weeks even though I was in early labor forever...which I totally understand but was so miserable. Finally at 38+4 I went in was a 5 with irregular contractions. I won't go into details with the rest but will tell you I spent many days and nights in the bath which helped me enough to relax and sleep an hour or so at a time.

You have alllll the signs of labor! Just keep paying attention to your body! I'd like to tell ya most ppl KNOW when they're in true active labor but in all honesty, some ppl don't lol Good luck!
