so once again my boyfriend and my one year are coming up and I'm struggling to think of non-cheesy but sentimental gifts

so far i have a big long romantic love letter that i am going to print out on nice paper and surround with pictures in chronological order .. inside of a frame & make look all nice.

i was thinking of ordering him backgammon since we like to play it and he doesn't have it..

This is what I started with my husband on our one year anniversary of dating. I got a leather-bound journal and started writing down our best memories together. When I first saw him, our first date, when I knew I loved him, and any other special moments that stood out to me. Each memory is dated with a general time frame (like, Spring 200  and titled, then I give all the details I can remember and exactly how I felt. I update it with 10-15 new memories/events every year for our anniversary
