Yes - you are right - Arian is a theology thing that says Jesus was not divine. meh - it' slate & I am not the best typist as usual....

Arian is a variant of the male name Arion. It's also an Albanian name that means "Golden Life". That being said, it sounds a lot like Aryan, and as you can tell from this thread alone, will probably be confused with it from time to time. I'd just pick another name.

It's not a bad name. I would honestly like it too if it didn't come along with that crap.

I had a black frien name Aryan Cartier White, he went by his middle name. But sadly committed suicied. Nobody ever had a problem with his first name he just preferred his middle (you can see why)

I don't think Arius would be an issue. I hav eknown a few Darius' & I woudl think of that before Aryan when I head Arius.

Arius is cute and unique. I wouldn't think of Aryan at all.

Yeah, I was actually just about to suggest Arius, as it is somewhat similar, but further away from Aryan, and also just a better name in general (according to me).

I like Arius too. :] I would also think of Darius because I was going to name my angel baby that if it turned out to be a boy
