Some of it is patience & time. Even if you are working at it, it still takes time for most mommas. I just did mommy & me stuff with my birthing ball & baby & found lots of great videos for ideas on youtube. My tummy as flatter after baby then it ever was before. I never expected that.

I wanted to look into mommy and me yoga.. i got no stretchmarks, i weigh less, its just my tummy bein all jiggly and disturbing that bothers me lol

Hey I just read that. Get firming lotion. I use the wal-mart brand. It has seriously worked for my tummy. Mine was really saggy and numb. I got the feeling back and it has toned WAY up!

Does that stuff actually work? I had this Q10 plus stuff by nivea before I got pregnant that did absolutely zilch lol. and we dont have wal-mart

start out doing 15 and 15 is 2 like right arm to left knee and left arm to right knee. It will make you sore at first, but it will get easy over time.

no because 6 weeks you can start using hardcore excercising i believe, but just start doing then and if it starts feeling too much for you before 15 then stop and do that many at day or a few times a week until you feel confortable with it.
