I've watched a few of them.

I prefer to enjoy food and not make it an obsession where I allow myself to think the government is trying to control me.

Honestly I start to think that people who go all conspiracy theory over food, and unhealthily obsess over it, are like addicts....and this is their crack. That food is their outlet to exert their addictive tendencies.

I can think of 8746856038964 other more productive things to put my energy and attention into than trying to convince people that eating gluten is making you part of a government experiment and that the man is out to get me.

Sometimes i just want a chicken nugget and I don't care.

So lazy with my abs, clearly I'm a moron for reading fitness and nutrition books to achieve the body I have. You know, since no one knows anything but you. I should have been coming to the almighty you for advice on how to reach my fitness goals. Then maybe I wouldn't be so lazy.

Yea fitness and health are too different things but of course you havingabs means your body is healthy on the inside. There are plenty of people who die of diseases with nice abs. Lol funny. Lazy has multiple meanings. Did I ever once say my way is the only way? Hmm no I didn't. I asked experiences and for opinions on what they thought. The first post I asked about experiences in which you never even tried then you told me what was healthy. Hmm sounds like you told me what YOU thought was right. You still have no facts at all.

Oh yes I just had a milkshake   made from almond milk coconut oil and coconut ice cream with fresh organic non gmo strawberries. It was delicious, dairy free and cost me less than a McDonald's shake.

But you still have nothing to back up your opinions. What is nonsense about a post asking if anyone has eaten a raw food diet and to share experiences? Or about posting widely know documentaries and asking opinions?


Have you ever tried a raw food diet? Have you watched the documentaries? Do you think they are all lies? So people who are concerned about what they consume are fanatical? All sarcasm aside. Please do share.

Since learning about these things and others I have lifestyle changes which has improved my health and mental state. I've lost 25 lbs, all but cured my migraines and skin issues, no more fatigue or anxiety. Yes I read labels bc I am AWARE of what I put in my body. I pay attention to how it makes me feel. I don't get tired or lazy after eating anymore. My body doesn't crave large portions or lots of sugar. I am not perfect. I still from time to time consume processes foods, fast foods, dairy, meats and sugar. But when I do I notice bowel changes, stomach issues, immediate headaches, fatigue, skin issues, mental issues and more. I pay attention to my body. I am not fanatical I am conscious. There is a difference. I am informed and it has improved my life to be that way. A lot of my family and friends have come to me asking me about these things. Some people just ignore it.


For me, these things make sense. I feel better and am learning more every day. I feel other people might like the opportunity to know these things too.

I don't think you should knock something until you have tried it.

I stopped reading anything or taking you seriously about anything after you called me lazy for not abiding by your ridiculous ways of eating, and calling me a government sheep for giving you my reasoning in a previous thread which you have noted that you read, so lets stop pretending I havent answered you.

You sound like you have some deep rooted issues that you are acting out on as an obsession with food. It's your way of ultimate control and to seem like you have a one up on the general population. It's fascinating and sad to watch.
