Low impact weight loss please!

I live upstairs, I used to work out in my daughters bedroom until I started going down to my neighbors house, who does my nails. I feel SO bad now. My man was walking around upstairs and it's very loud. Are there any workouts that don't involve major jumping that will actually burn the calories as jumping work outs do?

Why not go for a run? Or ask your neighbor what schedule works best for her, that way you can still workout at home?

It's hard for me to get out for a run, I live in the ghetto - blonde with a big butt #1... lol. I mean I could I just feel a bit rude... or is that just normal living in apartments

Is what normal, noise?

I have 3 neighbors in my building. The woman downstairs with a teenage daughter, the guys my age on the other side on the bottom floor, and the older guy across from me. They all know I have an almost 3 year old who is very loud, I always ask them to let me know if we are too loud as they all do with us. Luckily the lady downstairs is rarely home so she isn't bothered. No one else hears us or so they say. I often hear the guys my age, but only when they're outside after the bar.

step ups is a good one that is a killer burn and not loud. Add in kick backs. add in weight to challenge urself. ull be sweating.

squats with side leg lifts, sumo squats, squat and punch, stand with feet hip width, touch the ground and reach for the sky, repeat fast pace.

Honestly there is a lot that you can do that you would be surprised will get your heart up and sweat pouring while toning ur body without jumping around. also just walking up and down the apt stares in a good one or at the base of the stairs in the apt up and down a set of three steps, forward, backward and sideways.
