the internet is NOT the place to be looking for medical advice. I've never heard of Fever in the eye. You should call your on call nurse instead of wasting your time online and chancing getting potentially dangerous wrong information.

sounds like a bacterial infection in her eye. Take her to an eye doctor and have them look at it. Keep giving her Tylenol. And use a COOL rag (not warm because that will irritate any bacteria even more...) on her eye. She may fight it, but it'll make her feel better in the long run. I just recently had to go through that with my son (but he wasn't running fever or anything, I just noticed his eye was red and super irritated... took him to our eye doctor, and it was a bacterial infection)

thank you no its not =/ her birthday is coming up soon and at least it happened now instead of during her party. but i will be keeping a close eye on her eye. i forgot to mention she has a runny nose also.

aww poor girl. she just can't win can she. Anyway, just keep giving her the Tylenol and try the cool rag on her eye. Has she complained with her eye hurting? And as for runny nose, you can use salt water, dip a q tip in it and put it in her nose. (and make sure they are put up where she can't get to them of course!! My son has gotten them and stuck them up his nose many times lol)

oh wow lol i have them way to high for even myself to reach lol. and no she hasnt she is usually a real good baby while she is sick she acts as if she is not sick but with the sicky face. thank you again im taking her in.
