still no movement?

i will be 19 weeks tomorrow and i still have not felt the baby kick or move, i get tiny flutters but very rarely. is this normal, especially in a second pregnancy?

I'm due May 30th, have 1 child & live in Ontario

yeah it sounds normal to me...
