anybody only eat raw food?

Can you share some experiences, reasons and recipes? I'm thinking of doing a juice fast then a raw diet detox. Then ill go from there but my ultimate goal is to be 100% grain and dairy free at least. Please share

dude, i'm all for taking care of your body, eating natural as much as you can....fasting and detoxing. but you have got to chill out. what's so bad about grains?

There's a new diet out there called the Paleo Diet. Google it.

I don't get it, but it's really "in" right now for people with allergies. Especially to wheat.

grains are awesome for your body and your immune system.....and so is dairy. Both are keys to kicking belly fat which reduces cancer risks and your risk for diseases like diabetes and heart disease.

On top of that, two servings of dairy a day is shown to actually BURN fat in people.

That diet sounds unhealthy and miserable.

Hmm lots of people juice fast and eat raw. Its very common and very heathly. Grain is bad bc it has gluten in it. Its genetically modified wheat. When you eat it you are part of a governmental experiment and it causes many many issues. Many people have gluten sensitivities and don't even know it. Dairy is full of hormone and antibiotics. None if which are healthy for you.

ive tried, but it didn't last very long. i felt really hungry all the time without any meat. starting monday im going to try more of a raw paleo style diet. mostly raw fruits and veggies, but im going to include eggs, greek yogurt, fish and lean meats.

Padlock is grain free but pro dairy and the main ingredient is meat. My blood type A is best on a vegetarian diet. Plus I feel a lot better when I don't eat meat but I haven't ever went a longer time without it. The raw food way is no meat or dairy and only raw fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds.

Seriously???? There are plenty of doctors and nutritionist that I have spoken with that have said you can make yourself sick from eating gluten free. Unless you have some sort of allergy your body needs it. If you are scared of government conspiracies make your own bread then.

Where do you get that info? The fda? The government pushes grains bc its gmo and dairy too. Big profit makers there of course they push it. Grains cause a lot if issues and actually CAUSE belly fat. Dairy is actually proven to cause osteoporosis. leafy greens have way more calcium and protein than dairy and grains.

What are you going to do for protein?

Otherwise, as a recommendation: ceviche.

It's fish, raw fish, cooked by the acids of lemon juice. We eat that a lot, and it's still raw.. but it is fish.. I don't know if you're going on a veggie/fruit diet only..

We don't eat raw (I like cooked stuff lol) but we are gluten free and low dairy/casein. My son has a severe gluten intolerance and I'm not making massive meals for this house. Dh is gone in the evening so the boys and I are gluten free.

Pinterest has a lot of recipes.

I know a few people that eat raw but that also includes meat, fish, and eats. Also a lot of my friends are big into paleo/neolithic diets (for archeology and anthropology reasns). They however make their own bread out of wild wheat/corn, eat red meat (especially internal organs), cook with traditional methods (generally fire pits), and eat heaps of shellfish. No sauces (except blood sauce), no sugar/salt/pepper/seasonings.
