Why to go grain free^

Why dairy is bad

You can Google and view all of these things. There is nothing that. Grain or dairy offers that you can't find in fruits, veggies, nuts or seeds

People are programmed to believe they are good bc the government profits from them big time. Of course they want you to eat them. And even if you go the fruit and veggie way if it's not organic it has gmo meaning genetically modified with fish genes, chemicals, pesticides, hormones and many more.

It is a fact that they are smurfing with our food which is why previously healthy foods are now bad for us bc they are smurfing with it. Food isn't like it used to be. There is so much added and taken from it.

Watch these:

Fat, sick and nearly dead
food matters
King corn
The gerson miracle
The beautiful truth
Dying to have known
Forks over knives

Research and then after all that, tell me if you still feel the same. Ijs

Too many people go by what they are told instead of researching for themselves. Look at "scientific tests" who did these tests? Chances are its the same people profiting from the use of the product.

This post was not to debate whether its good, bad or weirs but to get ideas and experiences from people who actually live this lifestyle.

So why don't you just grow your own?

How long did you do it? I might try paleo first as a transition then cut dairy then cut meat. Ill try it and see how my body feels. What made you try that? My goal with any lifestyle change I choose though is 51% raw foods, no dairy or grain.at the least.

My research was through reading a book on nutrition, not google. I can find articles on google to tell me why tap dancing is beneficial for fireifghters....the fact that you found articles to support your claims is not shocking, anyone can do that.

Gluten is in ALL wheat pruducts even.the seeds. The government genetically modified wheat in the 50's. That is proven. Doctors and nutritionists are only going by what they taught, which is a curriculum set up by the government. Making your own.bread won't stop gluten from being in it. All the nutrients you can get from bread you can get from other foods.you can also make nut breads.

Chia seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, leafy greens and many more actually have more protein that meat. Its a misconception that meat and dairy have the most protein of any foods. They do gave different enzymes though.

Do you find it hard? Do you by prepacked or make your own nut breads. I plan to only go 51% raw long term. I do plan to cook some too. How do you feel doing it? Noticed health benefits or concerns? Thanks for sharing

What do you use as dairy and wheat substitutes?

i did it for about 4 month and i actually lost 22 lbs. i dont have any gluten allergies, but my body type doesn't do well with carbs from grains. i fell off during the holidays and wasn't able to motivate myself to get back on it. i did a lot of the same research as you, but i think that meat is important. i only eat wile caught fish, nothing that's farm raised, cage/range free eggs and chicken, and grass fed beef. you can do meat in a healthy way. i felt a lot better physically, but it was hard mentally. bread, rice, and pasta are my comfort foods and i love them so its really tuff giving them up.

We don't use bread often anymore. If we do we use a rice bread. I get it premade unless it's the weekend then I use my bread machine. I work so it's just easier to buy premade stuff sometimes.
It took a while to get use to but once we got the hang of it it's our normal now.

We use a lot of quinoa and corn and rice as subs. For dairy we use a lot of coconut and almond things.

My son had a lot of health issues a looot of GI problems and now he is awesome. He's a different kid. His skin is better, dark circles under his eyes are gone, happier, it has really helped him a lot.

Actually obama care had a provision to do chip implantation if us citizens. Look it up. It was denied of course. Don't be so niave. I'm not pulling this stuff out of my ass. Just bc you choose not to believe it don't act like it doesn't exist. When Washington the last time a doctor asked you about your diet when.you went in? They spend maybe 2 weeks on nutrition in school. Doctors aren't trained in nutrition.

Anyway I'm.not asking you to believe it or think like me. I asked for other people's experiences. Thanks for your input though.

Sounds very interesting. I'm into paleo and gaps now. I do a lot of bone broths made from all parts of the carcus.

Do they have sickness, deficiencies or anything? Are they skin, fat or muscular. I know everyone is different but I wonder rod any of them share experiences wit you about how it affects their overall health. Thanks for sharing

I don't have time plus even growing your own doesn't stop genetically modified. The seeds are modified too. So when you grow or make your own it can still be tampered with by the government. Its complicated and seems crazy but Google Dow and monsanto. They promote pesticeds and chemicals on and in foods.
