What should I ask at my first ob appt?

I have my first ob appt with the nurse practioner Tuesday. I have no idea what to expect and the only two looming questions I have are: will I be able to perform at my gym's student showcase and what my risks of having a miscarriage. I'm just so spacey lately.

Make a list and text every question to yourself when you have them, and then go through your tests to yourself when you get there. Only you know what is an important question to you.
