im cd 18 i will post pic from today and yesterday test yesterday was the day i am pretty sure i oed and i think i caught the eggie i baby danced yesterday and put a softcup in and elevated my hips for thirty minutes and baby danced twice the day before so lets hope.. the top pic is todays test and bottom is last nights test

We BD'd for 9 out of ten days I think I O'd Saturday (EWCM and O pains two days before and the day of)! I haven't been using OPK's.

SO and I said no OPK's until we have been "not actively" trying for a year. Even though he reminded me to elevate my hips after BD a couple times. haha. I would NOT call it "not actively" trying, but whatever makes him feel better.

Lol yeah the night before last though I didn put soft cups in I was a little intoxicated for new years lol I don't remember haha and last night I felt my left side overie twinge and after we got back to the house we DI'd the deed so after you ovulate does the egg stay like twelve to twenty four hours ?

took another test just to see if i really did ovulate its confusing to me is this still positive ? and if so should i keep baby dancing every night?

You're obsessing. Bd every night or every other night. Period.

I can't help it  ( I try not to I get so excited because I went nine monthes without a period and finally am ovulating not truing to obsess or annoy just really really excited sorry if I'm annoying u or anyone for that matter I just want to share my excitement

None of these are positive, you just keep posting pee sticks. And you do know that a +OPK does not mean you definitely ovulated correct?

I'm not ignoring your answers I am listening to them and yeah ok I get it I try to understand this is my first time ever doing this I'm clueless will do things wrong but oh well I guess I go to the obgyn tomorrow to talk with them and get a checkup thanks for the advice ..

If it is darker today then it might be that you O tomorrow.

How many days are in a normal cycle for you? I am guessing you have a longer cycle?

Either way like people said just BD every day lol. I feel like OPK's make people obsess more sometimes. Don't stress about it.

There is one way other than opks you can tell if you actually ovulate or not. Yes a positive opk does tell you your body is surging up preparing to ovulate. I know it sucks that your body may not ovulate even if you do get a positive opk. I'm wondering if that is my problem too. I'm getting the positives but don't know about the ovulation. I told you my story so yea i think I am. But you can also test with a basal thermometer right when you wake in the morning. That will tell you if you actually ovulate or not. Because in a couple of cycles you will notice right around ovulation time you will see a dip then a spike in your temp. When you see the dip is ovulation day. So really by the time you notice the dip you've already ovulated so sometimes its too late. That is why it's good to BD every other night whether you use opks or temping. Starting next cycle we're just gonna BD every other night and see if we have success. No more opks.

True that girl yeah we do baby dance usually every night anyways lol but we don't always put the soft cups in and yeah I'm hoping I ovulated when I first started testing they was so light but now it's dark so hopeful and my cycles I'm not sure I just got my period the fifteenth to the nineteenth and first one in nine monthes from going off the pill so I don't really know when to start testing? But I don't think I will buy ovulation tests a'll the time. I just tried this cycle and if I'm not pregnant I'm just gonna go with the flow lol..

I hear that. After this cycle we're gonna BD every other night even though my husband is a horn dog lol. He's gonna have to suck it up. I usually just lay in bed for about 15 minutes after to make sure almost all stays in. I lay on my side. But I might try putting my butt against the wall with my legs in the air to see if that'll work lol. But we're definitely gonna start exercising and slowing down on the soft drinks. Drinking more water can help with EWCM during ovulation which helps the swimmers. So there's a few different things we're gonna try. I'm also thinking about taking fertility blend for me and hubby. They have one for man and woman so it won't hurt to take it. I bought him a bottle but his dumb self threw it away. That was 40 dollars down the drain. So now he's gonna have no choice. I can't take it anymore. It's been a year and nothing. It took 2 months the last time, just 2! Now a year and nothing! Something has got to be wrong or something changed. Either with one of us or both. I know he gained more than 10lbs since the last time. That could be an issue but if weight were an issue then how is it my son is here! My ex husband was almost 300 when we conceived him. So I don't know how much weight has to do with it. I've only gained 5 which sucks.
