I'm not looking forward to it at all! He'll be gone a year, we found out we'll be moving to Italy once he's back from Korea too. That should be fun, I'd love to travel.

I'm more worried about how the girls are going to do they are total daddies girls. Thankfully there's Skype we'll hopefully be able to use daily. Just sucks since while he's gone he'll miss our anniversary, christmas, and their second birthday.

That makes my heart ache. Thank God for Skype! I just couldn't imagine any of that so I hope his deployment goes smoothly so he can come home asap to you guys!

Oh dear. So my girls have been really great sleepers since 3-4 months and we've never really had to do any "sleep training" per se. BUT... last night was my first experience of them waking up about 1.5 hours after bedtime and both screaming! They are 7 months so I thought maybe they were sick, or starting to teeth, or something... Well they were consoled by picking them up... so I didn't think they were unwell. Luckily my husband was home... I don't know how I would have done it by myself! Anyways, after about an hour and a half of pure craziness they finally fell back asleep! I'm hoping it was a one off, not a pattern starting. I'm on my own tonight and getting nervous!!

Me too! and yeah we just need to work on getting better functioning computers or something before he leaves to insure lots of skyping. And it seems the flu's hit our house, we were at the ER till nearly 3am last night getting Sylvanna checked out after hours and hours of constant crying unless she had mommy, and her boob.

Yay another Twin mom's thread!! I love having twin moms to talk to!

I am going on holidays in Florida when the girls will be 9 months. We are staying in a condo home and renting two full-size cribs for there. I am flying down and my husband is driving the van down so we have it with us while we're there. We have other family coming with us too. We will be going to disney, beach, shopping, etc. What essentials should I bring that will make this trip as relaxing and enjoyable as possible?? Thanks!!

When I get on my desktop, ill give you some tips! That sounds fun. I think we may ty and go to FL this summer too.

So the fan in our heater went out last night. We came home from the commissary around 6 and the house smelt HORRIBLE. Maintenance came around 7 or 8 checked on it and found out it was the fan that went out then left and came back with a little plug in and draw the hair from outside heater/ac/dehumidifier unit thing .. Not fully sure what all it does, looks all fancy but hasn't really done crap to warm my house.. The entire downstairs is all open pretty much and I have a giganticly high ceiling in my living room, it doesn't seem to be doing all too much for upstairs.

Needless to say I got little sleep between the girls waking up being chilly, and my back pains. 9 AM can't come soon enough, I want that puppy fixed!
