I want to go to my friend s house but my parents won't let me so can I leave without my parents say I'm only 17 and my teacher said I can leave my parent house when ever I wan at 17 !

Sounds to me like you just need to listen to your parents.

That depends on each state. Here, if you're 17 and you leave your parents house without their permission, they can call the cops on you, who'll either 1)make you go back home if you will willingly or 2) if you won't go home they'll take you to jail. DH just got to deal with that situation during the holidays.

I agree with May, BUT if you're living under your parent's roof and you need their help and support, I'd listen to them. Parents usually have a reason for saying no. I don't really know your entire situation though...so they're not fully formed thoughts. Good luck!  

They can call the cops past Ur curfew and claim u as a run away. Than when u come back u get to pay fines and go to court.

You need to just listen to your parents. You're still a kid, under their roof. Do as you are told.

You live under their roof therefore you should respect their rules.

In regards to technicalities, in the state of California, once you're pregnant and 17 (I THINK...I'm still a little fuzzy because it's been awhile since I was 17) you're pretty much considered an adult. Don't hold me to that though! I'm pretty sure that's how it was for me though.

Can you sure of course you can. Should you no. You are pregnant and about to be a parent how would you feel if your kid treated you the way you are treating your parents. Stop being a brat and stay home.

This has to be teenage reasoning going on here. lol As a mom, no it's not ok for you to go hang out with your friends if your parents said no. You're still living with them, they're still paying your bills. You are still a kid. That means you need to listen to your parents until you're living on your own and supporting yourself.
