The mini pill does have hormones. Its a progesterone only pill. You have to take all birth control pills at the same time everyday.

I used the mini pill but I suck at taking pills every day. I was scared to get pregnant again though so I was pretty good with it for a while.

i really like the pill, but cant take it while bfing . but the iud is really good. im between the iud and the mini pill. but i might have to go mini pill since i have a csection and im afraid of getting an iud after a csec
