SO and I got into a fight, and his bail conditions state he's not allowed to be around me, until his court date (february 27th) and I was talking to the domestic violence coalition, because I want to get the protective order changed, because of my work schedule. I'm not afraid of him being around me or our daughter, as long as he isn't drinking.
The woman told me that if Peter and I decided we wanted to be together she'd find a way to get Ainsley taken away.

I woudl assume so since he was arrested for violence. She could have worded it better though.

If it is court ordered that you two are not supposed to be together than you CAN'T be together. You can't change an order to "If he is drinking." That is just stupid.
