fluids for my 1 year old

What drinks can I give my son? He mainly drinks milk

I know I can give him apple juice. But what else? Can I give him sunny d?

I give DD any kind of juice mostly juicy juice, sometimes tampico, or orange juice.
I always do half water half juice.
And sometimes I just let her have plain water.

Sometimes I give my youngest (14 months) yogurt smoothies (the drinkable yogurt stuff). Fruitables box drinks actually have the least amount of sugar and they're cheaper than the motts for totts. In a pinch, I use those. He can pretty much drink anything though. Sunny D sounds kind of acidic to me and like a bunch of empty calories, but if there wasn't anything else available at the time, i would give him some.

Water or milk is all DD was offered until she was 3 yrs old then a bit of juice.

Yeah he gets formula when i put him down for a nap for for bed otherwise is juices and water.
