re: Still having pain

L&D at the hospital here and my doctors say 4-6 in an hour if you aren't at least 35/36 weeks. They also advise to drink at least a liter of water and lie down to see if that stops them.

I never had timeable contractions at 28/29 weeks, and when I got to the hospital, I was 3cm dilated.

I have been drinking water like no tomorrow... I believe if I drink anymore water Im going to puke!!! Somethings gotta give

If you don't hear back from your dr within the next couple of hours and are still hurting, I would either call L&D or bring everyone with you to L&D. I know the last option isn't much fun, but sometimes you do what you have to do. I personally wouldn't wait until tomorrow to see if the office calls back or not. Most ob offices also have an after hour number for emergencies.
