should i?

this morning at 1:45am my son woke up throwing up, and every five minutes or so he would throw a bit up for about an hour. once i finally got him to bed, he ended up having diareaha (sp?) and he didnt even notice.--which for my son is very weird because even as an infant he did not poop while he was sleeping-- and i ended up changing his diaper once every 45 minutes til i left for work at 6am. now that i am home, i gave him some pedialite and he seems completly fine. should i still take him to the clinic? he hasnt thrown up since 3am and the last poop diaper that was changed was around 8:45am.
if you saw him right now, you would never have known that he was this sick all morning, kid has more energy then ever!!

Its going around, i had it and so did my son. As long as they are acting normal and not lethargic or a really high fever they are fine.

Maybe he just ate something that didn't agree with him. I'd wait it out unless he starts vomiting again.

I wouldn't unless he's running a fever and still throwing up/diarrhea. As long as hes getting hydrated and isn't running a fever then he should be fine. This happened to my son 18 months old, and I ended up taking him in just to get some meds to keep liquids down because he couldn't keep any down and I didn't want him to get dehydrated because that is definitely a hospital visit.
