Car seat opinions!

I am purchasing my first car seat. I have read plenty of reviews for different types of car seats. I have finally found one that I think I would be happy with...Has anyone else purchased the baby trend flex-loc infant car seat? If you have would you recommend it? How would you rate it? Pros and cons?

I have it!!! Got it as a travel system w a jogging stroller for DS. I loved it! I cant really think of anything I didnt like about it   I rate it as a 10 probly....I like those and the graco snugrides  

That's what we have! I love it!  

At first I LOVED my Baby Trend car seat, but after about a month I grew to hate it. The handle was a huge pain in the ass and the base was hard to install. I eventually settled on a Peg Perego seat after trying the Chicco Key Fit and not liking it either. This time I'm going back to Graco (used a Graco Snugride with my first.)

I had read the bases were not very easy to install....what did you not like about the handle?

I just didn't like that I couldn't get a very good and even grip on it with one hand. Balancing it on your arm WAS easier, but that triangle dead in the middle screwed up just grabbing it for me. I always wound up carrying it with two hands.
