Yes. Could it have been implantation bleeding? I had some but wasn't aware of it because I was not ttc my daughter.

All you can do is test but it probably won't be accurate yet. Bleeding can be caused by all sorts of things.

I was totally not ttc but my fiancé and I agreed that if it happens it happens lol im just kinda freaking out.

Lol just so you know saying you're not actively TTC but not doing anything to prevent It, or letting happen if it happens, is the same exact thing as TTC. You're literally doing the same exact thing as a couple who is actively TTC.

I'm on the pill. I got pregnant with my 3 year ok on the pill. I take it at the same time everyday.

Ok then I really wouldn't assume spotting to be pregnancy. I conceived my son on the pill too by I wasn't taking it the same time everyday and i was on antibiotics when I conceived.
If I were you I wouldn't freak out yet. Wait until your period either comes or doesn't.

I'm trying not to. I just never spot in between periods so its kind of unusual.

I know but that can be cause by all sorts of things. Stress, infection, early period, etc. Try not to get too stressed, wait until your period is due and test.
