Jogging without loosing weight?

I want to start jogging without loosing weight i just want tone tone my legs and butt. what should i eat that is high in calories before my jog so i dont burn any weight off?

also any other workout routines i could do?

Squats and lunges.
I have been doing those and using an elliptical and my ass is finally looking better.

Pasta is good for giving you energy for cardio. Just make sure you get lots of good carbs for the energy and lots of protein to help build muscle.
