baby shower at a park?

posted 2nd Jan
so my mil and i are doing my baby shower and we were talking about were to have it.I was thinking since there will be a good amount of kids there that we could find a nice park and have it there. There will be 9 kids in total so i think it would be perfect, the kids could all play and have fun instead of sitting around and being bored.we will have food and drinks and all that good stuff, does it sound like a good idea? we were just going to have it at our house but that would be way to many people in one closed space.

Depending on the weather it could be a good idea.

Just make sure you have somewhere indoors as backup in case it rains.

Sounds great. SO's sister had hers at one. It was a little hot that day but they had snow cones and shade so it was still enjoyable and the kids loved it

Love the park idea. Open out door space and the kids get to play so they won't be in the way. Depending on the weather. Its an excellent idea. I plan on having mine at a park as well. but April weather is kind of rainy in Beautiful California. BTW..I have never been to a baby shower at a park before but it Sounds Good to Me!

that is exactly what i was thinking, the kids can just go play and have fun and stay busy although i'm sure once the food is brought they will swarm to it lol
