If you can type and carry on a conversation somewhat intelligently like you are it seems like you should be able to work. I'm not bashing you cause honestly I have no idea what other things are affecting you. I had an old coworker who was in a bad accident in high school. She was in a coma for a long time had to go to rehab and was told she would never work again. She worked and she was really good at what she did. She also got married and has a baby now. Not saying this is your situation but sometimes people tell you things that aren't true. They told her she'd never work or carry a pregnancy. She did both.

My friend was hit by a train. She has an aquired brain injury, she's had mental problems.. Been locked up and had soooo many issues.
She has physical limitations from having a broken neck and a collapsed lung..

But she worked hard. She got better. Emotionally and physically.

She studied hard and is now a personal trainer.. Earning great money and loving life.

Im confused. You were once expecting a boy in Feb. And had 2 kids and now your going to get a donor and have no kids. What's up here. I'm pretty new here. Did I miss something? Also I'm on ssa but Im planing on working again and going to collage after this baby is born but I also have a man that helps us. I can't imagine raising a kid on my 800 a month income by myself
