Inferiority is another

We've had one 3 some and a couple of swaps and we're still going strong. We have had fairly large communication sessions after each time. It's not ALWAYS easy but if done right it's a ton of fun!

DH and I have a very open relationship, we've had multiple threesomes/foursomes and swapped, and we haven't had any issues at all. It all just depends on the person you're with and your trust level. There have to be boundaries/rules, and there can't be any jealousy involved. But no, it does not ruin ALL relationships, we've been doing it for years and our relationship has never been stronger

Basically what you feel comfortable with your partner doing with the third party. Some women don't what their SO/DH to touch the other woman at all, he focuses all his attention on her and she get's to please the other girl. DH and I are very open, I let him do whatever he wants with the other girl, and if there's another guy he's cool with me doing whatever I want with him. It's all depends on what you and your SO are comfortable with. You just have to make sure all that is laid out before anything happens so there's no surprises/distractions when you're starting to get into it lol
