As long as you are making half of your meals vegetables, you should be fine.
Also, I would advise to cut out condiments like mayo and substitute them with salsa, cottage cheese, and mustard.
Make your biggest meal breakfast.
Make those calories count! Good luck!
How many calories were you consuming before? If you go down too quickly, it will make it harder to lose and keep it off!
