yep they actually start at 4 but we started him in Sept and he was still 3 just turned 4 in Dec. he is just a very active kid he played soccer and t-ball at 3 not that he actually played those he just kind of ran around but the interaction with kids his age was great! But he loves hockey he does pretty good he begged us to let him play and I was worried about it but he loves it and now his 2 yr old brother wants to play but he can't skate yet so they just play in the house but its good exercise!

This is like the one we got but they don't have the one we bought anymore. It was alittle cheaper and had buckles and zipper to close it.
