I'm in the same boat. We have sex sometimes once a month, sometimes it can be every second month, and there's minimal physical contact at all in between. I'm beginning to feel like I simply have a house mate that I happened to have a child with.

When you talk to him, do you approach it in a nice way, or do you make him feel defensive?

ALSO, when he turns you down, what are the circumstances? Like, are you coming onto him? Dressing sexy? Or just asking for it?

One thing I did do to DH one time when we weren't having foreplay or anything like that, is showing him how important it actually is.

I kissed every inch of his front torso asking him to tell me which spots he liked the best. By the time I had covered his full front torso he couldn't take it anymore. We had a lot of fun that night.

Haven't had any foreplay issues since.

I've tried all I can think of. Dressing nice. Flaunting. SO is a foot man, so I sit around and let him watch me rub lotion on them and paint my toes. Nothing anymore. I had sex ONCE the month of December. Maybe twice in November... TTC helped ruin it for us, because I would get so let down each month.

Still depressing.  

Me and SO were like that for a while and I decided enough was enough.
I got MIL to keep DD over night and I busted out the whipped cream and toys.
We had sex for over an hour, never done that before.

This happened to me and I have a higher sex drive then my husband. Talked to him over and over again about it. But I finally told him it isn't fair that he gets off and I don't. So he has to take the time to please me cause he can get off no matter what.

Now as we have kids and are together longer we no longer have to have the sex talks. It just happens but I don't let him get away with just sticking it in and leaving me still wanting more. I voice it even when I'm in bed with him. But I'm very secure about myself so I have no problems in doing that. Also once the sex talks ended that stress in our relationship with our sex life it got better cause I'm not always on him about it. He knows what I want and need from him.

My SO just, understandably, isn't physically attracted to me anymore. There's nothing I can do about it.

I don't know about the thing of him not lasting long, because when he wants to last longer he can. He does watch porn, but it is a very rare thing for him. And when I say rare I mean like once every 6 months at the most. He's never been one to try and hide it from me because he knows I watch it and I don't care for him doing it either. There have been times I have talked with him about it and I was very nice about it all (especially when these issues first came about), then as time went on and it started getting to me, I admit I got a little defensive during some of the conversations. I've tried dressing sexy for him, doing things that make him happy and just coming out and asking for it but he's turned me down with each and everything I've tried.

Nope. At least he doesn't act like he is. He started a new job not long ago with less hours and it's easier than his previous job not to mention he enjoys it a lot more so I think it's better mentally and physically for him but things still didn't change when he started this different job.

We had sex for the first time since mid November this morning, but it lasted all of 2 minutes maybe   And it those 2 minutes weren't even enjoyable for me at all.
