Red spot on my 4 yr olds face what could it be? *Pic include

Hayden has had a red spot on his face for 4 days now. It won't go away and I have no clue what it could be. I had people suggest it could be wind burn but he hasn't been outside any. Then I just looked at a pic of ringworm and thought would that be it but I'm not sure. He says it hurts when he touches it and it feels kinda warm to the touch. Also, I don't know if this would be linked with the red spot on his cheek but he out of no where had a nose bleed today. Any idea what it could be?]

Have you tried putting A&D or lotion on it. I looks like dry chapped skin to me.

Kinda looks like my daughter's cheeks. They are very dry and chapped I think from the cold and from wiping her nose so much (when she wipes her nose she wipes her cheeks too for some reason lol) She will be 3 the end of this month. I've been putting vaseline and lotion on them and it seems to be helping.

Yeah I just put some on it a few minutes ago

Yeah I say the same as the others. Just dry chapped skin and the nose bleed was more than likely just from the dry winter air. I keep a humidifier in my sons room because of that.

My sons face sometimes look similar to that and its from this freezing cold indiana wind!! I bought some more baby lotion and been putting it all over him everyday and its starting to look alot better
