If you dont eat grain breads only nut breads, no meat and no milk or dairy what do you eat? Do you take supplements? Do you cook food or do you go all raw?

If you do a variation like only eating fish or poultry or only eating eggs or only bone broths. Im nterested in clean eating and want to hear what you eat.

I have tried making pizza dough from grated cauliflower, eggs and Parmesan cheese. It is so good! I added some garlic and onion.

I like making raw zucchini noodles and raw tomato sauce from tomatoes, garlic, onion, parsley, and oregano blended. Its so good. I also love wraps made with romaine lettuce leaves instead of bread.

Why no grains? I'm just curious!

Bc gluten is in almost all grains even.oatmeal and it triggers a lot of gut problems.
