I use Corel Paint Shop. I know some girls use Adobe. There's also a program similar to paint shop called Paint.net which is free. Its a lot of do-it-your-self learning. If anyone would like a siggy though, I make beginner ones... I have also learned how to make animated ones too. PM me if you ever need something.
