Rear facing car seat

How long do you have your toddler facing backwards?


I always thought that after one they had to be switched around, but after watching this video I decided to put my two year old back to rear facing for the next two years

Until she was almost 3.

My son is 4 1/2 and i turned him around at one. I didnt know anything about rear facing. My daughter is 14 months old and she is still rear facing and will be for a while.

I turned my son around a little after he turned 2. He wouldn't leave his chest clip closed so we flipped him and he does great now.

Until they were three. They started getting really car sick and we couldn't stick it out any longer.

Still rear facing and will be until she grows out of the seat

I'm keeping him til 40 lbs

Since my other kids are older now and it wasn't around when they were smaller.

But since my seat goes RF till 45lbs I'm going to.as long as possible with my 11 month old. Her seat is getting installed on the 6th. So its done right

That's so awesome, I wish I knew how much safer it was sooner though

We plan to RF until he outgrows the limits. He is 20 months now.
