I would probably say "gross" (in my head) and have a little giggle over it. If my husband was with me, we would probably be cracking jokes with each other. We don't have anything against fat people. We just always smurf talk people who we think look a bit ridiculous whether its bad hair, bad makeup or fat ladies looking distasteful on a beach.

The girl in the pink should have found a bathing suit top to fit her breast correctly. Even if skinny/fit girls wear tops like that I feel the same way.

On them being bigger girls wearing bikini's...Idc. They are at the beach, assuming it's hot as hell and it's summer time, why should they have to cover themselves up on the beach to please other people's eyes? Especially if they want to cool down. If others don't like it, then don't look. I wish I could be as comfortable as them going out in public in a bikini knowing how badly other people are likely to judge, to me that's what makes them brave.

Anyways I wouldn't think too much of it besides how coincidental it is that they are all friends and are similar in size. Plus I would think they were brave, I'm not even half their size and I would never wear a bikini. I wouldn't think, ewww gross or anything, size doesn't bother me. (except when it's me lol)
