Obsessed with cupcakes

Anyone else have an obsession with making cupcakes?

I can make cupcakes all the time. When we get my new stove tomorrow, Im going to try and make Mississippi mud pie cupcakes

I love cupcakes. My new calender is nothing but photos of cupcakes too.

I used to. Ex-DH loves Maple Bacon Cupcakes.

i've been making a lot of cookies recently because of the holidays. but i want to make them more... i do love cupcakes too. but my oven burns the bottoms all the time.  

i have a problem with making them with paper liners. i have to use aluminum cups because they stick to the batter

I love cupcakes. I prefer baking cupcakes to regular cakes like a million to one. Especially the piping of the frosting and filling them with special insides.

My family calls me the cupcake queen. I am the go-to person for birthdays and bake sales lol.

me too. i like baking in general but cupcakes are my favorite. i found a cupcake websites that has liners and pipings.

how do you not burn the liners? I have a problem with making them with paper liners. i have to use aluminum cups because they stick to the batter

i dont like it either. i love cupcake wars. i cant wait till they bring it back on

i dont even bake and i love that show lol. i also love chopped and sweet genius

I have a very wonderful oven. I've always used the paper liners and never had a problem with them. But I've also learned to put a water bath in the bottom of the oven when baking cupcakes. I also have them on the second rung from the top of the oven and four rungs from the bottom so the bottoms don't get burnt. I call it the ultimate baking spot lol.

ETA I also use a silicone baking tray. It helps with heat distribution.

The middle one isn't done properly. When done right it can look very nice. However once I made the mistake of using that piping tip with chocolate chip frosting . . . yeah it literally looked like poop on top of a cupcake. lol

YES!!! Annnnnd I just got a cupcake maker for christmas, I can't wait to try it out   AHHH!
