So frustrated with the waiting game

Hi,
I had a natural miscarriage 3 weeks ago but got a 2cm clot which i'll pass when I get AF. I stopped bleeding 4 days ago & wondering how long does it take for HCG levels to go down as i'm still getting a BFP when I done a test yesterday, when do you start ovulating again & when will AF show her ugly face.
My GP has put me on a POP which I don't know if it will help me get back into a normal cycle or mess it up even more as i'm only used to.the combined pill.
When everything gets back to normal I wanna start using the OPK which i've never used before to make sure i'm ovulating again when we ttc again in a month or two time.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Depends on how high ur hcg levels were. It could take 4wks+ for them to drop to get a negative hpt. Sorry for ur loss but yea it really is the waiting game now n it's super frustrating hang in there!

I don't think they test the HCG levels here so i've not got a clue where they are. Your right though it is really frustrating  
I'm just going to test once a week to see if I still get a BFP or a BFN. The epu have told me last Thursday that if I don't get AF in 4 weeks i'll have to go back & see them.
