Which diet pill works best?

I have been trying to lose weight by dieting and exercise but that is not working for me, I haven't lost any weight. I count calories on My Fitness Pal and excerise 3-4 times a week but I think I need a little boost or some help and I'm hoping I can find a good effective diet pill. I'm thinking about either getting Hydroxycut, Alli, or that HCG diet stuff... In your opinion which is better and have you had success using it?

Alli causes anal leakage lol and HCG is terrible for you 500 calories a day you'll starve your body and when you stop you'll gain it all back up (your body will be confused and store fat incase it happens again).

I would recommend instead of 'dieting', attempt to eat healthier permanently.

When people diet, and lose the weight they wanted, they get off that diet (usually). If you lose it too fast, you have to worry about weight rebound.

Alli is something I wouldn't do. If you eat any fat at all you have anal leakage.

HCG works when you are doing it. You eat only 500 calories a day. You get very weak, lethargic and irritable.

Get one doesn't have alot of caffeine in it. Plus if you have any anxiety at all diet pills will exacerbate your anxiety. Not something I would recommend.

I just started topamax again its anxiety medicine but i also helps manage headaches and works wonders for weightloss. I've lost about 12lbs now in a month..

when I was on topamax it helped me so much too but the effects wore off after like 6 months. what dose do you take if you dont mind me asking? I took 100mg

I used to take topamax. I was like anorexic looking! Lol. I need to get on it again though. I got off of it when I got pregnant. And now the migraines are back in full force!

Drink hot green tea before a meal and after. It'll clean your system plus it's easier for your body to break down food that's warm rather than cold it takes longer.

pshhh i wanna be anorexic looking! im still so heavy and super short im only 5'1 and 170 now so for my height i look like a baby whale.. how much did you weight when you started it? I amazing for headaches and my anxiety but I was a dumbass and decided to take more because I thought I would lose weight quicker and I got way to manic and crazy it was scary never again..... neverrrrrr!

Have you looked into a juice fast? and healthy eating in general. My husband is doing that now, not to lose tons but just to be healthier. But people can lose a lot of weight.

I got the most side effects from topamax than anyother drug ive taken but I think it was worth it in the long run because while they were annoying, they werent dangerous

I took alli about two years back. only way you get any bad side effects is if you eat greasy or fatty food. I would not eat fast food and ate lots of fruits and veggies when I did that I had no issues and lost 20lbs but like most pills your body gets used to them and after awhile they dont work as well. I have seen and heard great results from Topamax as well as something called adipex..I actually was going to look into adipex. I just had a baby and packed on the pounds with bad eating during past 9 months...:/

Yea topamax is a drug that treats many different things so the side effects can be intense. I just felt shaky and had headaches the first week along with feeling a little manic. I didnt see your last post, did you take it for weightless or something else?
Im doing it for anxiety and to help with weightless I take 50mg twice a day..

So you have to get Topamax from a doctor? Does the weight stay off even after you stop taking it?

yea you have to get it from your doctor if you have depression or anxiety or headaches you can get it or bi polar.
And it will come back really quickly if you dont manage it, I didnt know that and I gained even more weight. But this time will be different for me, at least I hope.
