I honestly don't think you need to worry at all. My twins are almost two and one is only 16lbs.. He eats well and is active.. He has been on prescription milk for a long time but he still barely gains.. His twin is only 20lbs at almost two and he is fine also... You know your baby and if he seems ok he probably is
