going back.. *possible trigger*

from age 13-17 I struggled with anorexia. Its still an everyday struggle but it was getting easier to deal with. But the past few days I can feel myself going back... I excersice to the point DH hides the exersice bike and stuff. I dont eat but once a day if that and its just a salad... Im struggling with myself... I dont want to go back but I do at the same time... Idk what to do... Im scared to tell DH because he is already stressed about alot and I dont want to put anything else on him... I just dont know what to do...

I think you'll need his support, He wants to help if he's hiding the triggers for you.

I know he does... I'm just arguing with myself... part of me wants to tell him and part of me doesn't because he is stressed and also because part of me doesn't want help... its just a battle with myself... I know I need to tell him...

I was also anorexic in my teens I have had times where I felt like I might go back to it, but I never have. You can do it! Talking helps. It helps get out of your head.He might be able to give perspective to help you get back on track. I am 30 and no relapse since 19.
