BUT my question to you "Mama Constantine" is you say wait till the baby is ready right? so what if my baby doesn't feel ready till 42+ weeks, is it still a crime to induce? Who's to say she's ready? I'm probably not wording this so well cause I'm sick as smurf and tired as hell. Jump on it.

Past a certain time, the uterus is actually harmful to a baby. So, past 40 weeks, who cares? If you decide to be induced then whatever. You waited until your due date, and that's that.
Some doctors might not do elective inductions with your first until 41+ weeks though.


ETA- Why would I be upset over something that has nothing to do with me? They responded, as did I. I'm not the only one who responded for a week. I just have the opinion you didn't like, so you point me out.
