YMCA Classes? (dance)

I'm thinking of going today to enroll my 4 year old in the classes that start next week for ballet! Anyways, if you've done it, do thy do a recital or anything at the end of it? Or is it just the classes? She will be in the beginning ballet for ages 3-6, then if she likes it after 6 months when she is almost 5, I will move her into the ballet, tap, jazz class for 5 and up. Anyone do these classes? And if so did your kids like them?
