I was due in the middle of fall semester but it worked out that I had him the first day of thanksgiving break, I had that week to recover then I went back and finished the semester with a 3.7 GPA   it's difficult but not impossible! (I even breastfeed too)

I had my son a little over a week before classes started. It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. I would do as much as you can ahead of time leading up until you deliver because you will be tired but the baby will sleep plenty for you to have time to get stuff done. With most of my online classes an hour or two a week was the most I needed to complete weekly work and there was plenty enough time to complete all the work.

I had my son mid-semester and only took a week off my on campus class because he was in the NICU. I had two online classes that semester, too. I was only gone from him about two hours twice a week, and left him with his daddy with bottles of breast milk. I had him on a Saturday, got out of the hospital Monday, and would have been physically fine to make it to class Tuesday as scheduled...except I was in the hospital with my son.

I got straight As that semester. School was so much easier when he was an infant, compared to toddler and preschool age. Lol

awesome. i didnt do my best this semester. i didnt fail anything but i got my first D. not too proud of myself on that one. i try to blame it on two science courses and a complicated pregnancy, but i just couldnt focus this semester. i did well in stats & med term but yeah.... I need the break! i love hearing success stories! gives me hope! lol

I'm due smack in the middle of spring semester. And i'm still going full time. I'm taking about a week off in march and after that my SO will take her when i'm in class simce our schedules are complete opposites. I don't think it'll be to hard but it will be hard. Good luck!

I wish I had known how easy school and a newborn would be compared to later on. I definitely would have taken more classes lol.

I was going full time or almost full time most semesters. Now I go half at most. Lol But I work, too, and my son goes to work with me. He is with me 24/7 unless I am actually in class, which doesn't happen every semester. Getting homework done now as opposed to back then is a whole different story. I used to read my textbooks to him because I was studying history and he just liked the sound of my voice. Lol

Now...I do it after he goes to bed and am up half the night, then get up with him in the morning.

My son is the first for both of us...I left a couple of bottles of breast milk and wasn't gone more than two hours for class...it went fine. I usually fed him before I left and was home by the next feeding.
